- Manage end-to-end accounting for property portfolios
- Lead financial closing processes on a schedule
- Ensure accurate bank and ledger reconciliations
- Develop complete financial statements with explicit analyses
- Streamline procedures and ensure compliance with controls Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Five years of experience in property accounting
