POSITION SUMMARY:

TheRestaurantManagerat theSportsbarwillbe responsible for delivering elevated foodandbeverage service and exceptional hospitality to our fans.The Manager’sleadership,passionand commitment to teamwork will inspire others, ensuring that theCanucks Sports & Entertainment(CSE)quality service and safety standards areupheldand the keyobjectivesof theHospitalitydepartment are met.The incumbentwillbe responsible forcreating a positive and energetic work workplace and shouldpossessan entrepreneurial spirit. This fan-focused, front-line management role will ensure they have the best players on their team to execute the ultimate fan experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Workingwiththehospitalitymanagement team toidentify, evaluate, and continually improve service strategies to always ensureourfans arealways first
- Providingleadership,development,and motivation of team to ensure fan-focused delivery is always paramount through consistent delivery ofhigh-qualityfood and beverage in a thrilling atmosphere
- AssistingtheDirector, Restaurantsin driving revenue, forecasting,and budget execution
- Monitoringdayto day andevent activity to ensure proper planning and execution for events
- Coordinatingand implementingpromotions,events,andmarketingcampaigns at the Sports Bar
- Assistingin developing and creatingnew marketingand events initiativesforthe Sports Bar
- Ensuringflow of events and guest satisfaction
- Assistingwith developing,maintaining,and promoting the Sports Bar brand in various forms
- Reviewinginventory levels to ensure proper purchasing and warehouse goods are readily available
- Ensuringrequirements forappropriate sanitationand food safetyregulationsare met
- Overseeinghiring and scheduling of staff
- Assistingin the development of short and long term financial and operational plans
- Assistingthe Director,



Restaurants in administrative duties in Premium Club Venues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Shift Leader, Day Manager, Night Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant General Manager at a high volume,premiumcasualrestaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldsuch as hospitality or business administration
- Proven record ofoptimalguest service through providing conflict resolution and service recovery
- Provenskillsinspiring andrallying a team to achieve its highest potential and then driving it to the next level
- Action-orientedpersonality; adaptive in approach to solving problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, andverbal andwritten communication skills
- Strong dedication to the highest quality service standards
- Demonstrated experience in creating a work environment where staff development is encouraged and positive recognition is provided
- Experience in inventory and product ordering
- Experience in hiring and training hospitality staff
- Familiar with sanitation proceduresandstandard food and beverage equipment maintenance
- Strong organizational and time management skills,withthe ability tothrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office applications
- Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safe Certification
- Serving It Right License
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

- Management experience in a sports and entertainment venue and in running specialty events with premium clientele
- Experience in opening a new venue
