Thryve is an all-in-one platform for university students — notes, flashcards, quizzes, calendar, AI chat, all in one place. We're hiring two people to help run our day-to-day marketing and be part of the face of our brand.
The role
You'll create content for our Instagram and TikTok end to end — ideating, scripting, filming, and posting, with you on camera as part of that. You'll also run our UGC creator program and manage our campus ambassadors — recruiting, scheduling, keeping them on track. Alongside that, you'll pick up the assorted day-to-day tasks that come with a small, rapid-moving marketing team — some exciting, some admin, all part of the job.
You'd be a good fit if
- You're outgoing, presentable, and can carry energy on video without it feeling forced
- You've got a feel for what performs on social — trends, hooks, pacing — and can turn that into a script, not just an idea
- You're fine with admin work from time to time — content one hour, logistics the next
Nice to have (not required)
- Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Any experience posting or growing content of your own
