POSITION: Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Full-time

Salary Range: Compensation in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 determined by relevant work experience and qualifications.

The Role:

As a key member of the Marketing Office, you will help tell the Albert College story through strategic communications, engaging content, and impactful marketing initiatives. You will work closely with departments across the school to showcase student experiences, promote events and programs, and strengthen connections with prospective families, current families, alumni, donors, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and possesses excellent written and visual communication skills. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to be immersed in daily campus life, capturing and sharing the stories, events, and experiences that make Albert College unique.

Goals of the Marketing Office:

To support and advance the vision and strategic priorities of Albert College through clear brand expression, streamlined communications and beautifully designed promotional materials. This includes developing compelling messaging to our diverse audiences over various channels optimizing the school website and social media. The office promotes Albert College events, achievements, and programs to internal and external audiences ensuring a positive user experience and accurate messaging.

How You Will Thrive:

With the guidance of the Director of Marketing,



you will play an important role in raising awareness of Albert College locally, nationally, and internationally. You will collaborate closely with the Enrolment and Development teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives that support student recruitment, retention, fundraising, and community engagement goals.

Additional language skills (Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese) are considered an asset.
