ITL Health is a family-owned health and wellness company specializing in premium magnesium supplements.

We’re looking for a creative, organized and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support our day-to-day marketing, with a robust focus on social media and content creation.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, you’ll turn established campaigns, product messaging and educational materials into engaging, on-brand content. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, executing and keeping projects moving.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and execute our social media content calendar
- Create Reels, Stories, carousels, graphics and other social content
- Edit short-form video and repurpose existing content across platforms
- Write, schedule and publish on-brand social content
- Coordinate and edit video content submitted by our sales team
- Support paid social campaigns and monitor basic performance metrics
- Assist with email campaigns, website updates and other digital marketing initiatives
- Support retailer and sales initiatives with marketing materials and occasional administrative tasks
- Jump in on other marketing projects as priorities evolve

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience creating social content for a business or brand
- Strong content creation, short-form video editing and writing skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Organized, adaptable and comfortable balancing creative and administrative work
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Able to take direction, contribute ideas and follow projects through to completion
- Experience with email marketing, Shopify, Google Ads or health and wellness is an asset

We’re a small, collaborative team, so flexibility is important. You don’t need to be an expert in every area of marketing -- we’re looking for someone who is eager to create, contribute and grow with the role.
