BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling. We help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into spaces that are safer, more functional, and built to last.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Marketing while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of functions.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate Marketing projects, timelines, and follow-up
- Maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Support creative requests, signage, collateral, and promotions
- Assist with vendor communication and campaign updates
- Help gather data and support reporting and lead tracking
- Support referral, PR, and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent; related degree or internship experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders with reliable follow-through
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and learning current marketing, CRM, reporting, and project-management tools
