The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized body treatments in accordance with Spa William Gray standards. Focused on guest well-being, they help create a memorable, protected, and serene experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide various types of massages and body treatments according to Spa protocols (relaxation, therapeutic, drainage, etc.).

- Assess guest needs and adapt the treatment accordingly.

- Ensure an exceptional guest experience before, during, and after the treatment.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with hygiene standards.

- Prepare treatment rooms and required materials.

- Recommend additional treatments or products when appropriate.

- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth and harmonious service.





- Respect Spa William Gray policies, procedures, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Recognized diploma in massage therapy.

- Member in good standing of a professional association (RQMS, FQM, etc.).

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in massage therapy (experience in a luxury spa is an asset).

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong listening skills, empathy, and professionalism.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
