We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Teacher to join our team at Crawley Green Infant School for a year's maternity cover. Responsibilities





- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other essential student information.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance educational programs and address student needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on student performance and any concerns.
- Participate in career development activities to stay current with educational best practices and policies.

Requirements

- QTS
- Proven experience as a Class Teacher or in a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to assess student performance and provide tailored instructional support.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
