The Meat Supervisor is responsible to ensure a superior customer service experience by coaching, and developing friendly, well-trained staff. The Supervisor will supervise the department and staff and act as the go to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant. The Supervisor will foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Here’s where you’ll have an impact:

- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet department goals.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation while maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Support daily operations including cutting, wrapping, labeling, and merchandising meat products.
- Monitor and uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with ordering, inventory control, and department presentation to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Act as the key contact for the department in the absence of the Department Manager or Assistant.

What you bring to the table:





- Minimum 12 months experience
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
