IWK Health in Halifax is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to perform diverse laboratory tasks, including blood collections, specimen processing, and reagent preparation. The MLA will utilize MEDITECH for order entry and maintain clean, organized workspaces.

The role requires a certified MLA course, CSMLS certification or eligibility, and NSRMLS licensure eligibility. Robust teamwork, organizational, and communication skills are essential, with MEDITECH experience considered an asset.
