We’re hiring a Merchant to own a high-impact product portfolio within our business.

This role is responsible for end-to-end category ownership, including P&L; management, assortment and product lifecycle strategy, pricing optimization, inventory flow, procurement, and supplier management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, AP, and Customer Experience to drive sales, margin, and inventory performance.

This is a high-SKU, high-touch role supporting multiple customer verticals, each with unique assortment, pricing, and growth strategies. The Merchant will be responsible for managing a diverse product portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve category performance, and executing strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a commercially minded merchant with experience in merchandising, category management, buying, procurement, product management, marketing, or a related discipline. Candidates should have experience owning business results, managing budgets,



and operating in a highly metric-driven environment.

Solid category management experience is highly valued, particularly experience that combines merchandising and marketing disciplines. We welcome candidates from a variety of industries, including retail, grocery, distribution, wholesale, and other product-focused environments, where the core skills of assortment planning, pricing, promotion, supplier management, vendor partnerships, and category strategy are highly transferable.
