We are looking for an Intermediate Capital Markets Financing Specialist for one of our clients.

Missions

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process daily Commercial Paper (CP) maturities and issuances for Barton Capital.
- Administer the Barton Conduit program.
- Monitor Barton Capital cash accounts and perform daily cash reconciliations.

Coordinate the closing of new transactions, including:

- Conduct KYC reviews for new clients.
- Review program documentation.
- Participate in pre-closing meetings with Front Office.
- Set up transactions in required systems.

Manage transactions throughout their lifecycle, including:

- Manage client funding.
- Manage invoicing.
- Manage renewals and restructurings.
- Perform reporting and monitoring activities related to the administration of the Barton Conduit.




- Manage and monitor the Structured Solutions and Leasing (SSL) portfolio throughout the lifecycle of each transaction.
- Participate in team cross-training initiatives.
- Support reporting and monitoring activities across Securitization, Structured Solutions and Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, and other transversal Middle Office functions

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing credit agreements.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Structured Finance and Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) Conduit Operations.
- Experience with SPV Management Operating Systems.
- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments, including foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate swaps.
- Previous Middle Office, Structured Finance, Securitization, or Capital Markets experience.
