Peoples Group is hiring a Mortgage Portfolio Administrator fluent in both French and English. This role supports client-facing operations with a focus on precise, structured work from our offices in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in banking or mortgage administration.

The Mortgage Portfolio

Administrator will be responsible for managing emails, generating statements, and ensuring that our banking systems reflect accurate and up-to-date information. This is a great role for someone who enjoys systematic processes and can collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries
- Generate and process mortgage-related documents




- Maintain accurate and updated banking records
- Oversee property insurance administration activities
- Conduct general administrative tasks and file organization Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
