We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Mortgage Underwriter to join our in-office team and play a key role in turning applications into approvals.

What You’ll Do

· • Review and process mortgage applications from start to finish

· • Collect and verify required documents from clients and brokers

· • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lender guidelines

· • Communicate directly with brokers, lenders, and clients to resolve questions

· • Stay current on lender products, programs, and market changes

· • Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support final decisions

· • Collaborate with mortgage agents to deliver smooth, fast approvals

What You Bring

· • 2+ years mortgage underwriting experience (preferred)

· • Robust attention to detail and analytical skills

· • Excellent communication and time-management skills

· • Ability to manage multiple files with deadlines





· • Familiarity with platforms such as Filogix, Velocity, Scarlett and Trello

· • Mortgage Agent Level 2 License (required)

- Monday to Friday | Full-Time | In-Office (Vaughan, ON)
