The Multi-Site General Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and client satisfaction of a diverse portfolio of Aramark accounts across Southern Vancouver Island. This role provides hands‑on leadership across all lines of business.

The Multi

Site GM ensures consistent execution of Aramark programs and processes, strong financial performance, and high‑quality service delivery, while developing site leaders and acting as a key partner to both clients and district leadership.

Operational Leadership

- Provide senior leadership and oversight across all assigned locations, ensuring secure, efficient, and consistent service delivery

- Set clear expectations for operational standards while supporting site teams with hands‑on leadership and coaching

- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and service consistency

Aramark Programs & Process Compliance

- Ensure full adherence to all Aramark programs, policies, and operating standards





- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation programs, health and safety requirements, purchasing standards, and brand standards

- Hold site leaders accountable for accurate execution of Aramark systems, reporting, and controls

- Identify gaps in compliance or execution and implement corrective action plans as required

Client Partnership & Retention

- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trust through responsiveness, consistency, and results

- Support and lead CBRs, QBRs, audits, and renewal discussions

- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and service enhancements to strengthen client relationships and retention

Financial Accountability

- Own financial performance across the portfolio, including revenue growth, labour management, food cost control, and contribution targets

- Review and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports and ensure timely corrective actions
