ROM seeks an experienced Senior Assistant Manager, Retail Sales & Operations, to lead the Museum Store, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and manage daily in office operations in Toronto.
You will coach front-line staff, oversee merchandising, scheduling, POS and cash handling, and partner with the Senior Manager to drive revenue growth while upholding ROM’s brand and visitor-first culture.
