Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our growing clinical team in a part time, fully remote capacity, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as patient volume and program scope expand.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for patients navigating their health, reviewing comprehensive blood panels, explaining results in plain language, and guiding patients toward personalized next steps. You will work across both Jack Health and Jill Health patient populations, with clinical focus areas spanning longevity and preventive health, hormone therapy coaching (TRT for men, HRT for women), sexual health, weight management, and overall proactive wellness.

This is a patient-first, education-forward role.



You will help patients understand what their results mean, what to prioritize, and when to go deeper, with the option to book follow-up consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also contribute to building the clinical protocols and patient-facing content that underpin our longevity program as it scales.

What You'll Do

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients receiving blood panel results, translating complex biomarker data into clear, actionable guidance
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and naturopathic interventions
- Support patients on hormone therapy journeys (TRT/HRT) with coaching, monitoring, and education
- Address sexual health, weight management, and other wellness concerns using an integrative, root-cause approach
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
- Contribute to clinical protocol development and patient education content as the longevity program scales

Qualifications




- Current licensure or registration as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in at least one Canadian province or territory, in good standing; licensure in multiple provinces is a strong asset
- Experience in functional or integrative medicine, with the ability to interpret comprehensive blood panels and work with optimal ranges, not just reference ranges
- Comfortable delivering care virtually, with strong digital literacy and experience using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
- Excellent patient communication skills, able to explain complex health information clearly, warmly, and without jargon
- Strong background in nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle-based interventions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience or strong interest in longevity medicine, preventive health, hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), sexual health, or weight management is an asset
- Comfort contributing to protocol or program development in a startup or digital health environment is an asset
