- Lead client project implementations from discovery to launch
- Facilitate scope definition and project workshops
- Convert business requirements into structured delivery plans
- Collaborate across internal departments for project success
- Monitor project health and manage risks proactively Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience, at least 3 in SaaS
- Solid skills in stakeholder communication and customer interaction
- Knowledge of Jira and similar project tools
