This role focuses on providing comprehensive employee support throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be instrumental in administering advantages and addressing workplace needs, ensuring service excellence and compliance in every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee employee lifecycle processes from start to finish
- Provide expert guidance on benefits and HR policies
- Administer workplace programs and compliance documents
- Ensure accuracy in HR records and processes
- Collaborate on Health & Safety compliance efforts Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
- 5+ years in HR, Benefits, or People Operations
- Bilingual in English and French
- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational ability
