- Develop personalized student learning plans
- Organize and facilitate study skills workshops
- Provide ongoing individual support to students
- Advise students about available resources
- Monitor and follow up on student progress Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in Human Services or related fields
- Four years of relevant experience in social services
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Robust communication and organization skills
