- Deliver IT support via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and activities
- Troubleshoot issues for faculty using the Collaborative Network




- Research and manage computer supply inventory
- Assist with hardware installations and maintenance in labs Requirements:
- Educational background in Information Technology or similar field
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfort with digital systems and virtual environments
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
