Working within units like Assessment, Sexual Behaviours, Trauma Disorders, and Aggressive Behaviour Modulation, you'll utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation. Your nursing experience and commitment to mental health legislation will be invaluable as you help patients reintegrate into the community successfully. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients using the Risk Needs Responsivity Model
- Develop and implement effective treatment strategies
- Execute psychosocial rehabilitation in various program units




- Participate in care coordination with multiple health professionals
- Track patient outcomes and contribute to discharge planning Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Up to three months of relevant nursing experience
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction issues
- Solid grasp of Mental Health Act and related laws
