Avenue Living Residential in Edmonton is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support property teams with repairs, renovations, and general maintenance across our rental communities. You will perform duties such as painting, drywall, minor carpentry, and protected operation of building systems while ensuring residents' needs are met.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of general labor experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work outside regular hours
