Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Production Engineer to aid in product launches and technical issue resolution. You’ll work closely with both production and engineering teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.

Your role is vital in enhancing product quality by effectively managing production procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate product transfers from design to manufacturing
- Review and refine production procedures to boost efficiency
- Complete inspections on new components for feedback
- Create engineering change orders for updates
- Support troubleshooting of failures with the production team Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in RF testing preferred
- Familiar with MRP production systems
- Understanding of ISO manufacturing standards
- Lean Manufacturing exposure considered an asset Contribute your production expertise to Norsat’s innovative projects.
