Operations & Maintenance Technical Manager The O&M; Technical Manager will support a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across North America. This position will lead the operational and technical management of O&M; activities, with responsibility for asset performance, availability, safety, maintenance strategy, field-service operations, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead O&M; activities for utility-scale solar and BESS assets
- Manage and develop technical asset management and field-service teams
- Ensure asset availability, performance, safety, and contractual compliance
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and fault management
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, operational data, and asset performance
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, service providers, and technical partners
- Build scalable field-service and technician structures as the portfolio grows
- Develop and improve O&M; processes, maintenance strategies, spare-parts programs,



and operating standards
- Support technical training including thermography, medium-voltage work, and inverter maintenance
- Partner with Business Development on O&M; solutions, proposals, and service offerings

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of experience in technical operations, O&M;, service management, asset operations, or infrastructure projects
- Utility-scale solar PV experience strongly preferred; BESS and substation experience also relevant
- Understanding of PV performance metrics including performance ratio and availability
- Experience managing field-service teams, technicians, subcontractors, and service providers
- Robust technical, operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout North America.
