Drive operational performance as an Operations Supervisor with Metro Supply Chain. Manage safety, customer interactions, and process improvements while leading your shift team. As part of Metro Supply Chain, you’re stepping into a senior role that entails managing all operational aspects during your shift from Tuesday to Saturday.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll focus on scheduling, task assignment, and monitoring KPIs for effective performance analysis. Engaging with team members through regular coaching and conducting performance appraisals will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and allocate labor to meet shifting demands
- Facilitate effective communication during shift briefings




- Track and report departmental performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Develop solid customer relationships for service enhancement Requirements:
- Minimum five years of distribution experience, 3PL preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications
