This is a flexible part‑time opportunity, initially offering a couple of days per month, with the opportunity to grow into additional days as the clinic and referral network continue to expand.

The Opportunity
As our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will play an important role in developing the clinic’s surgical program while working closely with referring dentists and other dental specialists. What You’ll Do - Diagnose and surgically manage complex oral and maxillofacial conditions - Perform surgical extractions, impacted tooth removal, bone grafting, implant placement,
and related procedures - Provide appropriate sedation services in accordance with regulatory and patient safety standards - Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive treatment plans - Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes - Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation What You’ll Bring - Board Certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery – required - Specialist registration and good standing with the RCDSO - Strong surgical judgment and clinical expertise - Experience with sedation and surgical case management - Excellent communication with patients and referring clinicians - Team-oriented, professional, and patient‑focused approach - Interest in helping grow a developing specialty practice Engagement Details This is a commission‑based independent contractor opportunity. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement.
