- Diagnose and treat head and neck disorders comprehensively
- Engage in resident education and mentorship
- Manage 1:5 or 1:6 on-call duties effectively
- Ensure patient safety during hospital transfers
- Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers Requirements:
- Eligibility with CMPA and CPSBC is mandatory
- FRCSC eligibility preferred
