Please indicate in your application the reason for which you are entitled to work in Canada: Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or work permit.About the positionDutiesThe Maintenance Crew Supervisor leads and develops a professional team of 10 or more maintenance employees responsible for the upkeep of campgrounds, day-use areas, parking lots, roads, bridges, and other visitor facilities that support high-quality experiences in Jasper National Park. This is a working supervisor position that requires hands‑on participation in field work when needed.The Supervisor plans, assigns, and oversees daily operational activities; ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Parks Canada standards; and provides coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight to crew members. The role requires close coordination with trades, technical services, and other operational teams. In addition to Fort St. James NHS, the Field Unit is also responsible for five other national historic sites located within Jasper National Park: The Jasper Park Information Centre NHS, Athabasca Pass NHS, Yellowhead Pass NHS, Jasper House NHS and the Maligne Lake Chalet and Guest House NHS.Due to the location of Parks Canada’s heritage places,
