Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Primary Care and Falls Prevention teams in Ottawa. You will work autonomously, manage a client panel, and provide comprehensive care in a community setting.

The role requires an NP with CNO registration and a minimum of two years of experience, with flexibility for evenings. Cooperative, client-centered care and commitment to health equity are emphasized.
