Responsibilities

- Lead engaging and informative guided tours for diverse groups of visitors, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all
- Share captivating stories, historical facts, and interesting details about the site and surrounding area in a transparent and lively manner
- Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, assisting with directions, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Use multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with international visitors, enhancing their experience
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups safely through designated routes and managing crowd flow during busy periods




- Maintain a positive attitude and energetic presence to motivate guests and foster a welcoming environment

Qualifications

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Previous experience in customer service or guiding tours is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with international visitors
- Strong time management skills to keep tours on schedule while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently and professionally
- Teaching experience or ability to explain information clearly to guests of all ages is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods in outdoor winter conditions

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
