What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.
- Pick and deliver parts to technicians efficiently to help keep Service Department operations moving.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and availability in person and over the phone.
- Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.
- Process returned or unused parts from the workshop and ensure items are properly returned to inventory.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock management, and general Parts Department upkeep.
- Pick up and deliver parts to customers or suppliers using a company vehicle when required.
- Support the Parts Manager and team with additional responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

What You Bring

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar dealership parts role.
- Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapid-paced dealership environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
