Trolley is seeking a People Operations & Payroll Specialist in Montreal, hybrid. You will own day-to-day People Operations, advantages programs, payroll, travel and expenses, and HR administration, with payroll comprising 30-50% of the role.
You’ll collaborate with Finance, managers, and partners to deliver a great employee experience. Within the role, you will manage Canada/US payroll, onboarding, compensation changes, leaves, terminations, and year-end duties, while continuously improving people
