About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee our paid acquisition across Meta and Google. The role is split roughly equally between the two platforms and reports to our Director of Performance Marketing.

Key responsibilities

Meta Ads

- Plan, build and optimise campaigns across multiple ad accounts and markets
- Work with the creative team on video-led and static testing, analysis and iteration
- Drive profitable recent customer acquisition at scale

Google Ads

- Manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across storefronts




- Maintain product feed health in Google Merchant Center
- Protect and optimise branded search, and develop non-brand growth

Cross-channel

- Report on blended performance, with a focus on new customer acquisition cost and efficiency
- Use Triple Whale and platform data to analyse results and identify opportunities
- Support planning, budgeting and scaling for peak trading periods (October to January)
- Present findings and recommendations to the Director of Performance Marketing

About you

- Proven results in ecommerce or D2C
- Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of attribution and measurement
- Experience working with creative teams and video-led advertising
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Self-directed and organised in a fully remote environment
- Experience with Shopify, Triple Whale or the beauty category is highly regarded
