Your day-to-day role

- Actively develop new business opportunities ;
- Build strong, long-term relationships by truly understanding your clients' needs ;
- Scour the industry to provide the best premiums available to your clientele;
- Advise and propose tailored solutions by accurately assessing risk exposure;
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend the most appropriate products to meet clients' needs.

- You have a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills: you're willing to put in the effort while building solid, trusting relationships with your clients.
- You either hold or are motivated to obtain your Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker’s License through the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
