- Implement resident care plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with a diverse caregiving team
- Employ Gentle Persuasive Approach and Behavioral Support practices
- Maintain open communication with residents and colleagues
- Adhere to the Residents Bill of Rights in all care practices Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized PSW training program
- Familiarity with GPA and BSO practices
