As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations and equipment reliability at P&H; Milling.
This role requires ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards while fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation. You will be responsible for planning maintenance activities and overseeing budget management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance workforce
- Implement and manage a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
- Communicate effectively with QA, Production, and OH&S; teams
- Plan oversight of machinery installation and repairs
- Assist in capital project installations and budgeting Requirements:
- Engineering degree or relevant trades certification
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Proficient in CMMS and maintenance software
- Capable of interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics
