Key Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in a timely manner - Deliver high-quality clinical services, including initiating care plans, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining proper documentation - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong patient relationships - Contribute to business growth through community-based marketing initiatives - Demonstrate leadership and support team performance and development - Collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals Qualifications:




- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy - Valid Class A Pharmacist License (required) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to deliver qualified and patient-focused care - Leadership and performance management capabilities Preferred (but not required):
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA), we are willing work to with you towards that certification - Experience with Kroll pharmacy management system - For the North Edmonton location: proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset Work Schedule:
- Full-time position - 8-10 hour shifts Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive market rate plus a percentage-based compensation for clinical services provided - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development $50 - $55 an hour We are currently hiring for two positions: one on the north side of Edmonton and one on the south side.
