You will sort, package, and document hazardous materials while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your ability to analyze complex chemical issues will be vital in this hands-on role as you support the Lab Pack processing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite evaluations of hazardous waste materials
- Safely consolidate and repackage wastes for disposal
- Document waste management processes accurately
- Work under diverse environmental conditions effectively
- Operate lift trucks as necessary Requirements:
- Relevant two- or three-year college education
- Minimum 3 years in hazardous waste handling
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, especially Ontario Regulation 347
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
