About the Opportunity

AfterQuery partners with leading AI research organizations to improve how advanced AI systems understand and reason through complex medical situations. We are seeking experienced Medical MD Experts to design realistic clinical scenarios, evaluate medical reasoning, and help develop next-generation healthcare AI systems.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians and medical professionals with strong clinical expertise who can apply real-world medical judgment to evaluate AI-generated responses, identify errors in clinical reasoning, and create challenging healthcare cases. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed clinical case studies and medical decision-making scenarios.
- Create realistic patient presentations covering diagnosis, treatment, management, and follow-up care.
- Evaluate AI-generated medical responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
- Identify errors in diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical reasoning, and patient management.
- Design medical challenges that reflect real-world healthcare decision-making.
- Review complex patient cases across a range of specialties and care settings.
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI performance and medical reasoning.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine case quality, difficulty, and clinical relevance.

Required Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited medical institution (completed or currently enrolled where applicable).




- Current or previous medical licensure in a recognized jurisdiction.
- Proven clinical, academic, or research experience demonstrating expertise in contemporary medical practice.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly and accurately.
- High attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Several years of clinical practice experience.
- Board certification or specialized expertise in a medical specialty.
- Experience in academic medicine, medical research, or clinical education.
- Experience developing medical training materials, assessments, or educational content.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health, clinical informatics, or AI applications in medicine.
- Published research, clinical guideline contributions, or teaching experience.
- Strong interest in advancing healthcare AI and clinical decision-support systems.
