Your role is central to creating a meaningful impact in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ physical therapy requirements
- Formulate and document individualized care approaches
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for care consistency
- Track and maintain residents' therapy statistics
- Assist in supervising volunteers and fellow employees Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Canadian Physio or Occupational Therapy program
- Member of the Alberta College of Physio Therapists
- Preferred AADL Authorizer status
- Knowledge of MDS and/or RAI systems is beneficial
