St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge is seeking a part time Registered Nurse to join the Post Acute Rehabilitation Program.
The RN conducts assessments, plans care, administers medications, and coordinates discharge in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team within Covenant Health’s Catholic care setting. Requirements include CRNA registration, BLS Level C, and a minimum of two years in rehab or acute care.
