Our bakeries, Sud Forno, and our two Terroni Produzione e Spaccio locations which house our busy open concept production kitchens, full service dining areas as well as exquisitely curated storefronts are our most recent additions.

What we are looking for

We are looking for full-time prep cooks for our Spaccio East Commissary location in west end Toronto.

Spaccio

East houses a commissary, storefront and fully licensed restaurant. In this unique and beautifully designed space, wine,



food and the theatrics of production meet. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has an open availability and possesses a positive personality and robust work ethic. Punctual and professional, you are a team player who is highly organized and able to multitask. Must have at least one (1) year experience in catering, production kitchen, commissary kitchen, or similar as well as good knife handling skills.

Description of Role

As an important member of our BOH culinary team you will report to the Chef, and will work alongside a team of prep cooks to produce a range of authenic Italian menu items including salads and panini for the quick service counter.
