What you'll do
- Define agentic AI platform architecture.
- Lead MCP tool strategy.
- Design agent orchestration architecture.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks.
- Develop responsible AI trust standards.
- Guide cross-team AI initiatives.
- Review AI platform architecture.
- Improve production AI reliability.
- Mentor senior engineers.
- Drive technical roadmap decisions.
What we're looking for
- Principal-level software engineering experience.
- Solid AI architecture background.
- Experience with agentic AI systems.
- Experience with LLM platforms.
- Strong distributed systems knowledge.
- Experience with AI evaluation.
- Understanding of MCP or similar protocols.
- Excellent technical leadership skills.
