Star Building Materials Winnipeg is seeking a Manager, Process Improvement to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop training to implement improvements across all Star divisions. You will lead a team, coach leaders, and ensure initiatives align with OTIF, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in process improvement leadership, Lean Six Sigma certification, and solid data analytics skills.
