Responsibilities

- Conceive,design, and develop innovative digital customerexperiences.
- Define,manage, and execute product roadmaps aligned with businessgoals.
- Collaboratecross-functionally to guide products from conception tolaunch by connecting business and technical teams.
- Define productstrategy, success metrics, and communicate updates to keystakeholders.
- Conduct marketresearch, competitor analysis, and continuously monitor theinsurance and financial services ecosystem.
- Write userstories, job stories, PRDs, user journeys, personas, andproduct requirements documentation.




- Work closelywith engineering, design, marketing, and business teams todeliver scalable product solutions.
- Drive productexecution while balancing business impact, customerexperience, technology feasibility, risk, timelines,quality, and cost.
- Supportproduct launch planning and ensure timely delivery incoordination with stakeholders.
- Contribute tobuy/build/partner evaluations for product and platformcapabilities.
- Partner withengineering teams to brainstorm, prioritize, and deliverproduct enhancements.
- Act as abridge between business, operations, and technology teams toensure successful implementation and delivery.

Requirements

- 3+years of experience in product, business, operations, orrelated roles within Banking, Insurance, Fintech, Lending,Wealth Management, or Financial Services environments

- Finance,Business, Engineering, or related educational background preferred

- Priorproduct management or product execution experience preferred

- Experienceworking on digital financial products and customer journeysis an asset

- Life& Health insurance experience is an asset

- Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management abilities

- Comfortableworking in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments

- Experiencewith Agile methodologies, product metrics, wireframes,flowcharts, CRM systems, and product documentation tools

- Strongunderstanding of digital product lifecycle management and execution
