Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead supply chain optimization initiatives in Kimberley. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans for supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Analyze current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
- Proven experience in analyzing and improving supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management , and distribution principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
