AirWise is seeking an Estimating Coordinator in Hamilton, Ontario to manage the intake and tracking of every current quote request. You will log requests in the CRM, confirm essential estimating information, and ensure deadlines are met so the estimating team can work efficiently.
This role supports the Lead Technical Designer and the estimating team by maintaining data quality, coordinating hand-offs with sales and customer success, and producing quick status reports on pipeline and turnaround
