Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure new investment opportunities in Kimberley and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for sourcing potential properties, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish. This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate market, robust financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. Operating in a hybrid capacity, you will combine remote market research and analysis with on-site property visits and client negotiations, playing a vital role in growing the company's real estate portfolio within the Northern Cape province.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential real estate investment opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and property inspections.
- Negotiate purchase terms and agreements with property owners and their representatives.
- Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present them to the investment committee.
- Manage the closing process in collaboration with legal counsel and financial institutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, and other industry contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methods, and market analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
