- Manage daily therapeutic recreation services for residents
- Conduct assessments to tailor recreation programs
- Design and implement engaging activities for seniors
- Communicate recreation opportunities effectively with staff
- Ensure department compliance with regulatory standards Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
- At least three years’ experience with senior populations
- Certifications in wellness interventions are an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
